As a 2nd-year 7v7 club team based in Southwest Missouri, we believe that true success on and off the field is built on two key principles: strength and responsibility. Our mission goes beyond just winning games—we are here to develop disciplined, high-level student-athletes who embody both physical and mental toughness.


Responsibility isn’t just about following the rules—it’s about taking ownership of one’s growth and commitment to excellence. Together, these qualities shape champions, both in football and in life. But we don’t stop there. We instill the values of accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship, ensuring that our athletes not only perform at their best but also carry themselves with integrity and respect.

WHO WE ARE

SW7 is here to help develop and assist young athletes to set themselves apart from their competition. Our goal is to help prepare the younger generation of athletes and equip them with the tools to excel in today’s present game.  Skill development days will be offered weekly through season. This is a key ingredient to success on the field. Every fall, on Friday nights, position battles are won and games are won by superior individual technique.  Learn the game and master the fundamentals with our staff. 

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

  • Weekly coaching and mentorship (high performance coaching) to develop the athlete to be his personal best.
  • Weekly practice, coaching skill development and position specifics to help develop the individual athlete’s game. 
  • We will offer Thursday Skill development opportunities. 
  • EXPOSURE. We will compete on a regional and national level schedule and play against some of the top talent to help create exposure and skill development for the athlete. Tournaments will be covered by: Prepredzone, Rivals, On3, 247 Sports, Six Star, Mokan Metro.
  • We as a staff will use every contact and ability possible in order to help your athlete get to the collegiate level. Coaching staff all have former teammates that are now collegiate coaches and we are here to help you get to the next level.
